Shipping Information

Order Processing

We carefully handpick and pack each order within 1-2 business days – treating your faux leather pants and delicate knit dresses with the same attention we’d want for our own wardrobe.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your fashion essentials to you:

  • Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over A$50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Style Tip: Some remote areas in Asia and other locations may experience slightly longer delivery times. Contact us at [email protected] if you have specific delivery concerns.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia). Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and may be due upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations.

Our Easy Returns Promise

We want you to love every piece as much as we do – whether it’s our buttery-soft faux leather pants or perfectly tailored high-rise jeans. If something doesn’t fit just right, our returns process is as seamless as our knit dresses.

Return Policy Details

  • 15-day return window from date of delivery for most items
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging required for returns
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless item is faulty

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bikini Bottoms and Bikini Tops (unless faulty)
  • Bodysuits with hygiene seals removed
  • Corset Tops with removed boning or structural alterations

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved:

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging
  • Include the completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)
  • Ensure all original tags and labels are attached

We recommend using a tracked service. Your package should arrive within 15-25 days via EMS.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation when processed

Note: Bank processing times may add 3-10 business days before funds appear in your account.

Exchanges

Want to swap those cargo pants for a different size? Our exchange process is as smooth as our denim skirts:

  • Clearly state your desired exchange item (including size/color)
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item while processing your return.
