At Style Fashion Fit, we want you to love every piece as much as we do – whether it’s our buttery-soft faux leather pants or perfectly tailored high-rise jeans. But if something doesn’t fit just right, our returns process is as seamless as our knit dresses.

Our Return Promise

We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery for most items (with some exceptions – see below). All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bikini Bottoms and Bikini Tops (unless faulty)
  • Bodysuits with hygiene seals removed
  • Corset Tops with removed boning or structural alterations

These exceptions follow standard fashion retail practices to ensure all customers receive perfect, untouched pieces.

How to Return or Exchange

Our return process is as easy as styling our co-ord sets:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Style Fashion Fit Team, I would like to request a return/exchange for my recent order (#[Order Number]). Item(s) for return: [Product Name, Size, Color] Reason: [Too Small/Too Large/Quality Issue/Changed Mind] I would prefer: [Refund/Exchange for Size [X]] Please advise next steps. Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, repackage your items securely in the original packaging (just like how we carefully pack your delicate knit dresses). Include:

  • The completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)
  • All original tags and labels

Step 3: Send It Back

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service – your package should arrive within 15-25 days via EMS.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed

Note: Bank processing times may add 3-10 business days before funds appear in your account.

Exchanges

Want to swap those cargo pants for a different size? Our exchange process is as smooth as our denim skirts:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Clearly state your desired exchange item (including size/color)
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item while processing your return.

Faulty Items

Found an issue with your maxi dress or fashion top? We’ll make it right! Contact us immediately at [email protected] with:

  • Photos of the fault
  • Your order details

We’ll arrange a free return and replacement/refund.
